Bang&Clean cleans industrial boilers worldwide using controlled gas explosions. The systems needed to be centrally monitored and remotely maintained.

Ateleris accompanied Bang&Clean throughout the entire project cycle – from conception through implementation to operations. The captured data includes regular heartbeats, process data, sensor measurements, and alarm notifications.

Results

Central monitoring of geographically distributed facilities with 40+ measurements per facility: heartbeats, process data, alarms. The platform was migrated to the customer's own Azure infrastructure in 2024 and continues to be actively developed.
